Super cute roadside restaurant with bar. Food was thoughtfully prepared and cooked to order. The waitstaff was attentive and accommodating. This venue is small, but mighty. I would recommend you stopping by for a delicious drink or pasta dish
I can't rave enough about how much we loved this place! The food, the atmosphere, the super friendly staff! We had the best dinner date here, Alice was a sweetheart from the minute we came in, and made me an extra special hot chocolate. After we ordered, we enjoyed all the cool knick-knacks on the walls and chatted with some regulars who were joking around with the staff. Our meals were both PHENOMENAL. My fiance inhaled his chicken fried steak in just a few minutes because it was so good he couldn't get enough. My chicken Alfredo was fantastic, the homemade sauce is incredible and the grilled chicken was perfect. We had such a great time, and we'll definitely be back every time we pass through now!
We love this place. Its always delicious and the staff is friendly. My husband loves their burgers. Vegetarian options. My son was served good quality fruit with his fish. Pretty decor.
This is probably a local hotspot. We all had seafood. Prawns were cooked perfectly. Shrimp, Clam chowder, were delicious and fresh. The Clam Chowder was more than good. I’m from the Nw. I hear the Beef stroganoff is famous. It must be when local come in and ask if there was any left. It also had a full bar. Bar on one side , restaurant on the other. The service was wonderful. We had a party of 6 never saw the bottom of our drinks. So if headed out south of Seaside on 101. It’s not fancy , clean, good food. Easy parking.
We stopped here on the way home from the coast, and were pleasantly surprised. The decor is sort of farmhouse and homey. The bar is on one side, the dining room on the other. The food is very delicious. Our table ordered the clam chowder, which was thick and creamy. The seafood was fresh, and the batter was light and delicious. The shrimp salad had a copious amount of shrimp. The strawberry pecan salad with grilled chicken and bacon for 5 more had so much if all the ingredients. I would recommend this salad, even though it's not the most popular item according to the server. They close at 2 pm on Sunday, so we got there just in time.
Love the chowder, so much flavors in it! Can’t find broasted chicken? They did an excellent job making it crunchy and juicy. Awesome food with awesome service! You can tell the new owners put in a lot of effort making improvements and kept all the good things about this place. Great place to stop by when you visit the coast!
We thought Seaside downtown was too crowded so we gambled on looking for something else and it paid off! My youngest said their chowder is better than mine! I can’t stand any fish usually because it’s fishy and greasy but I helped myself to half of my husband’s halibut because it was divine. And their 3 pepper Bloody Mary complimented it all. This is a place we will visit again!
What a great little diner! Great ppl and the new owners are so pleasant. Andrew is a fantastic cook and so caring. Alice and Julie are such wonderful ppl. I just love this place.
